On Creativity

This book is a representation of my design process and the thoughts that are going on in my head while designing. The pages are created by cutting and pasting words and images on paper and photocopying them. The use of yarn on the outside of the book represents the connection of everything that is going on in our minds and how it relates to the creative process. The book was wrapped entirely in yarn, making it inaccessible to the reader unless they cut it open. It is difficult to understand someone else’s process, but it doesn’t mean that it’s wrong or any less valid than your own.
